How do I create an order form?

    Ent, o que acontece, preciso de uma formulio que tenhas as seguintes opes.
    Pedido Online, onde o cliente possa fazer o pedido escolhendo qual a pizza, qual o tamanho (P,M,G) Qual o bairro de entrega, sendo aqui unicamente 3 bairros, s cobrados 1 taxa de entrega para bairros diferentes.
    o cliente pode escolher uma opo que pedir uma pizza de dois sabores, tendo essa opo.
    ja comecei um modelo, por n conseguir ter mais ideia por n conhecer direito a plataforma e como tamb tenho presa, dificulta ainda mais o aprendizado.

    You could set up your product and then add the options, flavor, size, and where it will be delivered could be also an option.

    If you would require to have a form with complex calculations then you will need to set up your products and options as basic fields, then perform some calculations to get a total amount.
