    Hello bkkstrider,

Sorry for the trouble caused to you. I've checked your logs and your integration has broken and it seems problem caused by Google. To fix this issue you should re-integrate your form. If you are using more than 25 integrations(AppScript, API keys our integrations etc.) on a single Google account it may cause the issue. If not you should be okay after re-integration. If you need any further assistance please feel free to contact us anytime.

    Regards.

I have checked your form and I can see the missing submissions, from our end I have checked and found indeed the existing integration with your form, I've already sent the missing submissions to your spreadsheet and it worked; however, this does not fix the integration itself if it's broken and it may require to re-integrate again to resolve the issue.

So I would suggest you to follow the advice given by our developer Denis above, and if the issue still persists with the newly integrated spreadsheet, please let us know.

    Hi

    Thanks for your suggestions.

Regarding what Dennis said about  25 integrations / 1 single google account.

I think I might reach 25 integrations. Because there are some forms that still integrated with spreadsheet, even I don't use those forms anymore.

Would it help if I remove spreadsheet integration on my old forms which I don't use anymore?

    Thanks,

That should clear up your API usage on your Google account, you could remove the integrations from those un-used forms, you could also try with a different Google account that does not have, or has only few integrations, and find if the same happens.

Please, do let us know how it goes.
