I also have a long form, with Continue Forms Later enabled. I am also using the multi-session method for my users (one form gets email, second form is actual workspace). If i have set up multi-session use, can I disable Continue Forms Later to speed things up?

    Hello Domi,

I noticed you have a number of forms on your account. In order for us to be able to address your concern, can you please provide us the link or the ID to the specific form with this issue you have mentioned?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for your response.

The problem before with the continue forms later feature was that users had the capacity to adjust the saving cycle of the form. The downside of this was that if the form is very long or the internet connection of the user is very slow, the saving process would sometimes pile up and execute even if an earlier saving process isn't finished yet.

But you can disable this feature if you wish to use the session method instead. For the session method, the saving process only happens whenever the next or back button of the page break is pressed. Note: the session method can only be used if the form has page breaks.

If your form users have the capacity to change browsers and devices, I believe the session method is the better way to go.

Let us know if you have questions or if you need clarification on this matter, or if I'm misunderstanding your concern.

    Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have the session method set up already, so if I understand you correctly, the Continue Forms Later feature is redundant...yes?

Correct, there is no need to have the autofill feature is you already have the session method. Let us know if you have more questions.
