This is the 4th time my form is "not found" and my account is "autosuspended" :(
However I think I respect "terms of us". I don't understand why, and I have to redo the form after my account is unlock. this is the same form every time...
Can you explain the reason why my form and my account are blocked and re-activated my account ?

I see that your JotForm is made in French and our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are likely to be suspended sometimes. I have verified your forms and they seem to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now.
