How to delete row from email alert template?

How this works in the Autoresponder HTML files?

e.g. When I delete rows in the Autoresponder HTML the the alternating rows (grey and white) are lost.

is their an Easy way to change this?

Do you mean to say that you want to delete any specific row form auto-responder email alert. Is that correct?

When you click on any of the row in email alert, it will display option to manage table. You need to click on the delete row button. Please check the screenshot below:
