How can I test that jotform is generating a notification email.

I keep sending test uploads from my website to see if I receive a notification email that a file was uploaded. I still can't get an email, and I still can't get anyone to reply to my requests for assistance. I really feel kicked to the curb.

Can anyone email me directly to my email? cstwpb@comcast.net

I have checked our email logs and I saw that you recently tested your form and that email Notifications with files that you upload were successfully sen to your email address.

Did you received your test emails?

You can also check email logs on your account.

I have also checked and it seems that your email address is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

cstwpb@comcast.net is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 resimta-po-17v.sys.comcast.net

It seems that Comcast has blocked the JotForm sender email address. You may try adding the whitelisting the JotForm domains in the email account.

It seems that your email address was added to the bounce list yesterday as well. Did you follow steps that were provided to you on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1086795?
