Why I'm not receiving email submissions?

    I have had several families say that they have submitted a jotform registration, but I am not receiving them.  is there a holding bin I am able to access to see who has started a form?  WHy might they not be going through?

    We can investigate this closer if you could give us the affected form ID. It could be that the email address to which you're receiving submissions ended in the Bounce list. You can check that by using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List and there you can remove the email from the Bounce list.
