When I push submit, I am NOT receiving the email ? PLEASE HELP

    Here is the form. The account is set to come to my email address and it is not working.

    Our Mail Logs says that an email was sent successfully.

    Can you check your spam folder, please? Or if not try using a different email address and see if you are able to receive the notifications.
