How can I create a limit based on individual sign ups? (not based on form submissions)

I am creating a registration form. The program is for families so at least 2 people, maybe more, will register with each form.

there is a limit to registration based on individual people.

How can I limit the form based on number of individual registrations without making a family with children complete more than one form?

The form in question is still in development.

I am afraid that we do not have a limit feature based on individual people sign ups. However, it is possible to set a limit based on a form question (e.g. based on email field, so it will allow only one submission per email address), see the next guide.
