Can I integrate my applicants info into Outlook?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way I can automatically have my members who sign up for our services automatically added to Outlook or another such system?  I am finding it to be a lot of work to have to individually type each members information out into my contacts.

Though I do not believe there is a way to automatically add JotForm submissions as Outlook contacts, you could use an application like Constant Contact:

This would allow you to add form submission data as contacts. 

You can add submissions as calendar events in office use Zapier:

However, I do not believe they offer the ability to add as contacts.
