Are you referring to the "Unread Messages" notification?
If yes, then please go to your submissions page and open each submission. Here's a guide on How-to-View-Form-Submissions.
You can also read the submissions via the Inbox. Here's how:
1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the "Inbox" button.
2. In the Inbox, you can navigate through the submissions through the "Next" and "Back" buttons.
