How to have Paypal payment form

I just created a payment form (I'm trying out JotForm). One of the fields is a radio button list. Depending on which option someone selects will determine the amount they are charged. I'm not sure how to associate a dollar amount to a radio button option. And then how to integrate that information with Paypal.
