Add a Menu to a multi page form

I have a 7 page form.  Each page is the responsibility of a different person.  The answers will be different for each person, but I need the information to be "integrated" into one (1) Google Spreadsheet.

My question:  How do I add a "Menu" for the pages AND a separate "Submit" button for each page to go to that one (1) google sheet.

Adding a form tabs widget to your form will allow users to navigate between the pages:

You can add a submit button in the form where ever you would like.  No matter where the submit button is in the form, the submissions will all go to the same place.  This includes integrated spreadsheets.
