Is it possible to trigger a notification email only when the user edits their submission?

For example, if a person edits their form submission at a later date, I would like to receive a notification that says, "This person edited their submission." However, I don't want to receive an email on initial submission. 

It should be possible with the following workaround:

1) Add a Get Form Page URL widget to the form.

2) Setup an email condition. If widget contains 'edit' then send the email notification.
