why does my email account keep getting put on the reject list. we need to forms to be sent to the email address Forms@metroems.org

Your email service must be rejecting JotForm emails.
After attempting to resend the emails so many times and still being rejected, the email account will end up or added to the bounce list record.
Please try also adding JotMails IPs to your whitelist to allow the incoming emails. Check this user guide : https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
I have checked your emails and none were in the bounce list anymore at this time.
