Participants keep getting an error message

This is the second person that has told me they get an error message that says the form is not available. Can you please look into this?

That's a 404 error page. Meaning the page isn't found, they've may be opened an invalid or dead link.

If you have shared the form URL to them via email or website, please check its hyperlink. Maybe it's incorrect.
