    Please try to inject this custom CSS

    #cid_111 span.form-sub-label-container::before {
       content: "$";
       font-size: 15px;
       left: 3px;
       margin-right: -10px;
       position: relative;
    }

    #cid_111 input[data-custom-amount-field] {
       padding-left: 1em;
    }
