How do I embed this form into an E-mail?

Instead of people clicking on an external link to fill out the form - I want the form to appear on the E-mail, saves a step and I think will lead to higher conversion rate. How do I embed the form so it's in their E-mail instead of just providing them a link to the form?

In general, this is not possible. There are email service providers/composers that allow embed codes, but the recipient might not be able to see it considering how they read an email. For example, Gmail does not allow the codes so with other Free Email service providers such as Yahoo, Microsoft, AOL. 

Linking the form in the email is the best way.
