Hello,
For some odd reason my email that I use for my business account keeps saying it's getting bounced back, so I'm not getting any of my "contact me" emails from new clients.
Can you check this for me, my email is fourpawswalker@verizon.net

Verizon keeps blocking the emails, this is the reason why the email address keeps getting on our bounce list. You can fix this by adding noreply@jotform.com to you safe sender or contact list. If you have the option to whitelist a domain/IP on your Verizon settings, then please do it for us.
If you don't have the option to do any of the above settings, I would suggest using a different email address in the form. Use Gmail, if you have one. You can then forward Gmail to your Verizon Email. This should work. I know this isn't a professional approach, but this is the only way.
Or, if Verizon offers you an SMTP, you can use it for your forms.
