accidental deletion of form

    Good morning,

     

    we accidentaly deleted our response form.

    is their a posibility to recover it?

    Hello,

    You may want to check in the Trash folder, if the form is present, then you are able to restore the form:

    However, if the form is Purged from the Trash folder, there is no way to restore it.
