How can I have the texts in the form to show up in the PDF that is sent to recipient?

    After filling out a form, the person who filled it receives a PDF of it emailed. The text in my text box is not showing up. How can I change that? I have my terms of service in a text box, but it's not appearing in the PDF that my clients fill out.

    I think you've figured this out already. It is the Show Headers and Texts in the Form Submissions page settings.
