I still need help. My url does not appear to be the problem: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21718278866164
- jeanettebmzAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 08:49 PM
I cloned your form but was not able to reproduce the error.
However, what it is causing the error might be the combination of the page break and the form collapse, as this is a known incompatibility between the two of them. Please remove the form collapse and give it a try.
Let us know if the issue got resolved with the hint
- jeanettebmzAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 08:53 PM
Yes, instead of adding form collapse a good way to have your forms in sections is to add page breaks . So you can replace the form collapse or viceversa.
- writeitrightAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 09:00 PM
I've replaced the Form Collapses with Headers yet my issue remains unresolved. I am attempting to edit the 'Promo' box conditions but the changes will not save as indicated by the error message each time I attempt to Save manually and/or when the system generates an Autosave.
- jeanettebmzAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 09:01 PM
Ok, if you still recieve the same error, try to clone your form . I cloned yours and made some edits and it is work fine
- jeanettebmzAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 09:10 PM
Ok, I have added a condition
The promo code of my test is 123abc
Try with that in my form and let me know if this is what you need to accomplish
Also, enter an invalid code and you will see the message
- writeitrightAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 09:41 PM
Jeanette--you have NO idea how much I appreciate your perseverance! (-:
Unfortunately, it still isn't working. I was able to make a few edits but as I was trying to edit my conditions, the error re-appeared.
I have created a form which generates a unique id which will dub as the Referral Code. The ID is TBGIDJN12- followed by whatever the current index is at the time of the request. That form ID is http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21714882636156.
I have cloned the form I was having issues with and deleted all of the form collapses and replaced them with headers. My next step was to attempt to set the conditions of the new cloned form to SKIP TO PAGE 2 if the Promo Code entered CONTAINS the characters TBGIDJN12- but to SHOW The code you entered is invalid. Please try again or click here to request your Professional Level Resume if you do not have one! If the code entered DOES NOT CONTAIN the characters TBGIDJN12-
I do not want the user to be allowed to continue on with the completion of the form until the code is entered correctly.
Unfortunately, even after cloning the form and then cloning the clone, I continue to get the error message upon saving and my changes are not being saved. The latest form id is: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21727841331147
I really hope you're able to help me!!! I've got a client who has been waiting since last night for me to send him the links to the pages I am attempting to set up!

The problem is with more than just this one form. I've tried moving onto make edits for a completely unrelated form for my website and I'm having the same issue. Do you have a work around?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on June 21, 2012 at 10:53 PM
Thank you very much for your kind words.
I have escalated this issue to 2nd level so they can investigate . I apologize for all the inconveniences.
You should recieve updatees on this thread

My account says that I've used 9 of 10 of my Secure SSL submissions. I have no idea what that means or how my forms were created as this type of submission. I've had to test several forms MULTIPLE times because of all of the issues I've been having. Please, Please, Please--reset my submission count, let me know how to detect which forms are driving up the count and tell me what I need to do to avoid this in the future. Thanks.
- JotForm SupportidarktechAnswered on June 23, 2012 at 05:36 AM
I have now reseted your SSL Submissions, please note that we can only do this once.
To avoid this from happening again, please use HTTP:// protocol instead of HTTPS:// on your form URL.Example:
This would be counted as regular submissions not SSL.
Hope this clarifies a bit. If you have further questions, please let us know. Thank you.
P.S. Please check also your embed codes, you may change it to HTTP if it's HTTPS.

Still getting the error message when I attempt to save my edits. PLEASE HELP!
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 06:14 PM
Hi, can you please tell us which form of yours have 'save decode' issue when you edit/save?
I cloned of your latest edited form Clone of June Resume Revision Special, edited some fields and even emails -- when I save I did not get the decode error. I did it more than 3 times.
Though this already have a ticket, we might as well get further info about it for now. Maybe we can stumble on a resolution while waiting for official fix.
This post will be updated by our dev team when they have information/update on this issue.
- writeitrightAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 06:54 PM
I get the error message EVERY time I try to save an edit.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 07:16 PM
Thanks. That was indeed the form I cloned and tested on... check it here if you need to.
I change the header and label 'E-mail Address' and the notification email. I was able to edit/saved the form.
By chance, had you tried using a different browser? A different computer perhaps... Who knows maybe it was isolated on the hardware or the browser.
Thank you for your patience.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 07:17 PM
Sorry, you did switch browser already... I just read back again. How about other unit.
- writeitrightAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 07:23 PM
I work from my laptop and it seems illogical to me that the issue is with my computer given the fact that other user are experiencing this same dilemma.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 07:31 PM
Yes, I understand your point very well. I did not mean to be illogical. Please accept my apology if misunderstood.
Its just that I am not able to reproduce it on my end though... and hardware system can also vary a lot in specifications.
I was hoping that there is a slim chance you have another unit you can try it on, and perhaps help you proceed with your work while the issue you are having is not yet reached for resolution.
- writeitrightAnswered on June 24, 2012 at 09:35 PM
No apology necessary (except from me to you for what came off as accusatory--that was not my intention but I see now that it seemed that way and for that I apologize!).
Thank you for your suggestion, however it's impractical for me to use another computer at this time. I'm praying for a resolution in the very near future. Please keep me posted. Thank you.
- JotForm SupportidarktechAnswered on June 25, 2012 at 05:16 AM
We have already set the ticket about this issue as 'Urgent'. So hopefully this issue will not last too long.
We will keep you posted as soon as the problem is completely fixed.
Thank you for your patience.
