How can I upgrade to the Bronze non-profit plan?

This online registration form is absolutely a great tool for our free soccer program.  We are a non-profit organization and run the program in the Spring season only so can I just subscribe for 3 months out of the year?

Also, how can I upgrade as a non-profit organization?

You can upgrade to the monthly plan and also apply for the non profit discount, please follow the instructions given on this thread:

Upon the third charge, you can cancel the subscription to stop the monthly automatic charges from the account > settings. We can also assist you with it.
