    Where are my form submissions?

    We have an adoption contact that we use jotfrom for and we have not received several adoption contracts submitted since 1/27/17. Please find these contracts and send them to us since this is for our nonprofit rescue and gives us vital information on the people who adopt our dogs.

    Hello CMDR,

    I did check your form's submission page and found that you have received 2 submissions after 01/27/17. I would suggest you to please go your form's submission page and you should be able to see the submissions you have received. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to view submissions:  https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    Have you not received the submission emails for both the submissions? 

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission email without any problem. Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your SPAM folder and see if the submission email ended up there.

    Please note that you can also use your own email address to send submission emails.  I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP setting to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    I did check both areas for submissions and found only the two tests forms sent after 1/27 one from you guys and one I sent. I always check my spam/Junk on a Mac folders and my trash folder also.

    Hello Darlene,

    Yes I also checked your form's submission page and can confirm that only two submissions were received after 01/27. 

    Do you mean to say that you have received other submissions as well and missing form your form's submission page?

    Yes two were submitted on 2/27 that we never got and these were contracts for dog adoptions.

    Do you have email addresses of those users who has submitted the form? We can try to check our mail logs but we need to know the email addresses in question.

    I have reached out to them only have one email address masers13@gmail.com but both were filled out on from our website if that makes a difference.

    Unfortunately we are unable to find any submissions with email address masers13@gmail.com

    It seems you received two submissions on 02/27 but in a different form #61918346690161. Please check the logs below:
