Building a form using our current Form Builder (version 4) should be mobile responsive by default. If it doesn't work, you may toggle the responsiveness by going to the Advanced Designer.

Just click the blue FORM DESIGNER icon on the right > scroll down > click ADVANCED DESIGNER > expand the FORM LAYOUT section > tick the Make this form responsive checkbox > then SAVE CHANGES.

There is a service specifically for building mobile forms (APPS) that works on all mobile devices - you design a mobile form that is linked to your existing paper form. When you submit the mobile form - it will automatically fill out your linked paper form and email a completed PDF to you.

You can use the mobile device to take photos and they will be embedded in the PDF. You can set the email subject line to auto fill specific fields from your form for easy identification. You can send copies of the PDF to a specific Google Drive folder, Google Sheet or Box folder.

Its an APP - so no headaches trying to use Adobe or Excel or other software on a mobile phone!
