I would like to ask why is it on my form builder setting and publish site there an attached URL ? Meaning this is not a private even I purchased Plan?  this referral URL, who? Coordinator? Meaning all my contacts  will also be dirrected to his URL? I want it to know please? Why do you need to put URL in OUR FORM WE BUILD? What Purpose?

Forms created via the JotForm builder has a corresponding URL that comes along with it. It is up to you if you wish to make use of the URL that is generated or not. 

Your contacts, if you wish to share the link to the form with them, you may do so. But this does not mean they are aware of your form. The link to the forms are not being crawled by search engines so unless you share your link to a public page nobody will know the direct URL to your form.

Commonly, forms are created in order for others to access and fill up. Not everyone who use JotForm has a website. Most people would like to create forms and share the link to the form on facebook or other social networking sites. While others make use of the javascript embed code, iframe code, or the full HTML source code and place it on their own web page. So the idea here is it depends on what you want to do with your form and how you wish to share it. We won't restrict users to how they would like to share their forms.

Can you give us information on what you have in mind on how you would like to use your forms?
