    ERROR MESSAGE: Error on save -- Form Data cannot be decoded.

    I have created a form which generates a unique id which will dub as a Referral Code. The ID is TBGIDJN12- followed by whatever the current index is at the time of the request. That form ID is http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21714882636156.

    I have cleared my cache, switched browsers, deleted form collapses and cloned the form.

    Each attempt to save any additional edits has been met with the error message described above.

    I would like to set the conditions of the new, cloned form to SKIP TO PAGE 2 if the Promo Code entered CONTAINS the characters TBGIDJN12- but to SHOW The code you entered is invalid. Please try again or click here to request your Professional Level Resume if you do not have one!  If the code entered DOES NOT CONTAIN the characters TBGIDJN12-

    I do not want the user to be allowed to continue on with the completion of the form until the code is entered correctly.

    Unfortunately, even after cloning the form and then cloning the clone, I continue to get the error message and my changes are not being saved. The latest form id is: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=21727841331147

    I really hope to find the solution to this issue as I have a client who has been waiting since last night for me to send him the links to the pages I am attempting to set up!

    Thanks in advance!

    @allaviationmodels

    Are you getting the same error message? Or are you unable to display changes made on the form?

    I'm still getting the same error message...I've tried EVERYTHING suggested and as soon as I think it's been resolved, it starts doing it again! VERY FRUSTRATED!!

    @allaviationmodels and  @writeitright

    Please accept my apologies for all the inconveniences. Apparently the issue was fixed, I could not replicate the issue in my side. However, I have sent a request to our dev team so they can check again.

    Best regards

    Jeanette
