Hello Jotform Family,
While researching a particular contestants submission in the Incomplete Submissions (Alex Mercado) because his form submitted without payment, I came across another submission (Travis Guinn) that I never received a notification form and neither is it included in my submission history. Where can I find that submission now and where did it go? I also noticed that Travis Guinn was contestant 5 that we never received but Jay Rodriguez was also Contestant 5 that we did receive. How did that happen?
That means this person has never received a follow up from us because we didnt know they existed and that is not good.
Please help me figure out where the submission is and why didn't I receive the notification for it?Page URL:

You could enable pending payment Notifier in your Payment wizard:
That way you can receive Notifiers even if your users don't pay. Also, you can send Autoresponder to your customers.

Thank you for the suggestion but that didn't answer my question nor does it help me find the submission that I never received. Can you please help me locate that submission, and figure out how 2 people were given the same number, one we received and the other we didnt?

I'm sorry if I misunderstood your problem.
But I see that you received a submission for Alex Mercado, it's in your Submissions and I guess you received the email.
On the other hand, for Travis Guinn, you didn't receive email because Incomplete Notification wasn't turned on (like I showed in my previous reply).
So that's why one you received and another one you didn't.
