I would like to change the PayPal account associated with the billing. I see only a green button saying "Change Credit Card", but that only allows me to connect to any PayPal account I own and nothing more.
How do I change the PayPal account associated with my JotForm account?

You will need to cancel your PayPal subscription:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account.
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm.
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction.
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
