why does sometimes the same form arrive in my email 'broken'?

    users fill out my form "$ app appearance customization".  most of the time it works perfectly.  sometimes the information the user enters is not emailed to me, i just receive part of the form, and the part of the form i receive only has the default field values, not what the user entered.

    Sadly, I was unable to reproduce your problem. I have made a test submit to your form and every value I entered went through sucessfully.

    I am thinking that your customers probably did not fill out everything, and because the fields are not set as required, they were able to get away with it.

    Are you the one responsible in designing this page? You should probably set all fields as required, then re-embed the form to your page.

    This way, they will not be able to submit the form without filling out everything.

    i will talk to our tech person about "You should probably set all fields as required, then re-embed the form to your page."
    folks pay $10 to customize their app. they are not going to visit the form, not change anything and pay $10. i also follow-up with each person that pays, and confirm everybody who pays $10 wants to customize their app (which means filling out at least one form in the field).
    i also cannot replicate the error, and the form works well most of the time.
