Some pages are missing when I print the form

Also when I click print button, it only prints the first three pages and still have a couple of pages missing. 

You're probably checking it by using the Fill Form option when previewing the form. To see all pages, you'd have to manually fill out your form, as if you're a regular user/respondent.

Fill Form doesn't trigger your conditions so some sections of your form are still hidden even if the entire form is filled out - Thus explaining why you're not seeing all pages.

Here's an example of me, clicking the Print Button after manually filling out all the fields randomly:
