I have my PayPal account attached to jotform for my clients to pay after registering after filling out the jotform. However, it is not working

    I have clients that have paid and I don't see the payment reflect in my PayPal

    There is a case where the user submits your form and able to direct to the Paypal Checkout Page, however, if they abandoned the page or close the browser before continuing to the payment process, then, payment is not successful. You can find the submissions from the Incomplete Payments at the Submission Page.
