Can I please get a $19 refund that was just charged to me and downgrade to the free service? We need to upgrade once per year for our spring retreat and then we don't need the extra forms after that. I tried to downgrade and it made me think that you were going to cancel the service all together. I have two forms that I use and want to keep.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription plan. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan and limits of free plans are applicable.
