A PayPal payment option was integrated in a registration form for classes, persons have been signing up but we are not seeing the money in the Account

    A registration form for Cooking Classes was recently created, and a PayPal payment option was integrated onto the form.  Persons have been signing up and making payments on the site but the funds are not showing in the Paypal Account.

    What can be done to ensure that payments go the the paypal account?

    Hello Veggiegrub,

    Thank you very much for taking the time to write us. I've tried your form and it seems to work without any problems. After I've filled out your form I was redirected to the PayPal Payment page with a prompt to pay the desired amount.

    I've also noticed that your form has no completed signups which means people have likely abandoned the form at the payment stage.

    You can make a test payment to your own form to see for yourself.
