I am currently using the Premium $90 subscription, but I find my usage very low.
How do I change to the FREE lower specification version and can I keep the forms I have made.
Also my sub was on the 5th March, can I reclaim the sum under your 30 day rule.

I have requested the cancellation and refund to our billing team. The refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from now. Once made, you should get a notification about it from Paypal. We will also do our best to let you know here.
