I hope your monday is going well, I am having a problem with duplicated submissions again. There are two from over the weekend on the International membership form.
Can you please help me resolve this issue is has been happening for some time and I need to find a solution.

Thanks for letting us know about this problem.
There are a number of reasons why your form submission may have arrived twice but, more often than not it's due to the end-user accidentally clicking the submit button more than once whether it be on accident or intentional if it didn't seem to submit the first time.
You can prevent this problem by enabling unique submissions and setting it to a loose or strict check to stop multiple submissions from being sent to you.

Thank you for the quick response and normally I would agree that is the issue however this happened with two separate users back to back. Also if I enable unique submission then a year from now if they want to renew the subscription it will give any error that only one submission can be accepted which will prevent the user from purchasing….
It just does not seem as if it is the user clicking multiple times

Adding a captcha to the form would also prevent accidentally submitting the form multiple times:
Since the captcha would manually need to be filled each time, it would not allow for submitting the form without intentionally doing so.
