Can I send an auto responser at a specific time based on an answer?

We want to send different auto responders based on the answer they choose in a form (which we know we can do with conditional formatting). We also want to send it at a specific time. Can we do both at the same time?

So if someone signs up for a session at 7:30pm on Wednesday and another person chooses to attend the session at 4:30 on Tuesday, we want to send a reminder email the morning of the session they signed up for.

If someone could let me know if this is possible, or if there is a widget that could handle this, I'd be so appreciative!

If you connect your form to a Google spreadsheet then you can get email reminders based on any date that appears in a specified column. There is  a spreadsheet add-on to do this:
