Why was my account suspended?

    Qual o motivo da minha conta ter sido suspensa?

    Olá, bom dia!

    Os meus formulários desapareceram do meu site. Não consegui acessar a minha conta hoje, ela parece estar suspensa.

    Verifiquei no meu e-mail se o JotForm mandou alguma mensagem informando sobre o possível problema, mas não há nada. Como podem me impedir de acessar a minha conta sem nenhuma notificação?

    Que falta de cuidado! Que frustração!

    I have examined your account and found that it was autosuspended by our form review systems that monitor forms compliance with our terms of use.

    The trigger in your case was the use of the word password (Senha) in your form named "Teste Senha".

    I have manually reviewed the form and concluded that it does not violate our terms of use, so I have re-activated your account.
