Cannot create a PDF, it gets stuck on working.

Good Morning -

I clicked on More and then cliecked Create PDF form, but it just spins and says "working......"

I have checked with the latest form you've edited on your account and I can see it generates the PDF form without any problem. 

Could you please provide us the link to the form you get this?

If it did create, where would i find it?  I notice the create PDF is grayed out. 

This is the first time I've had a problem, but I haven't had to change the form in quite some time.

If you have already download the PDF form then you should find it in the Downloads folder, to access it you could go to this path on the address bar: 

%HOMEPATH%\Downloads

I have also tried to download the PDF form from the one you provided and I was able to do it successfully: 

I could also do it by clicking on the more option and create PDF form button: 

Please, try downloading it on incognito mode, may be a cache issue, you could also try connecting to a different internet connection.
