We would like to provide login credentials to a third-party for managing our website. Is it possible to have multiple user logins for one account?

If you meant for your JotForm account (not for your website), then yes, there's a way to allow other people manage your forms and submissions.
We refer to them as Subusers and you may assign any (or both) of these privileges with them:
1. Edit Forms
2. View Submissions
I'm linking the complete guide below on how to add a Subuser to your account. Keep in mind that your subuser needs his own, separate, JotForm account (a free one would suffice) and the number of Subusers you can add will depend on your current plan (in your case, you're limited to 3 Subusers).
