Is there a way to re-enter a form and put in more dates?

    Hi,

I would like my form to ask the person to fill in the date something happened.  If that thing happens more than once, I'd love them to be able to re-enter the form and put in additional dates (rather than fill out a completely new form). Can this be done?

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, there's not way to save data and show it when your user needs to submit the form again, we have features that save the data, but forms're cleared as soon as the submission is done.

I think you could provide your users with the data they originally submitted the last time, for example, you could add an email auto-responder to your form and include a link with the submitted data, this way if they need to submit similar info again they only open the form and change the needed field's info.

This guide will help you to add the email auto-responder to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

And this guide will help you to pass the info from one form to another, since you will use the same form, you do not need to create another one and you can use the same form's link to capture the data and pre-fill it. This will also help you to generate the link that may be included in the email auto-responder: How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

Each time someone fills out the form, he/she will receive the email notifying the submission has been received with the last submitted info included.

    Hope this helps.
