Why is my email id not existing?

I am not sure I understand your request, but I looked into accounts attached to your email and I found a guest account with no forms.

Please try signing up to JotForm, with your email address, in order to convert that into a proper account. If that fails please get back to us with your preferred username so we can convert the account for you.
