Emails end up on our bounce list due to rejecting emails.  This can be anywhere from spam filtering to the email inbox being full.  When enough emails are rejected, the address is placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.  Rejected emails raise our overall spam score and can result in much larger scale filtering of our notifications.

Some email providers can be more strict with filtering than others.  For example, Gmail tends to be quite lenient whereas AT&T will consistently block emails.  Comcast, which it appears you are using, tends to be fairly lenient.  I have a comcast address as one of my personal addresses and forms have been sending to it for quite some time without being bounced.

If your address is continually being placed on the bounce list, you can try setting your notifications to send from your own address via SMTP:

Switching to a Gmail address would also allow for emails to go through much more consistently.
