I have had several families tell be they filled out a form online and submitted it.  I am getting some submissions, but not all.

Why might a person's submission NOT successfully go through?

As mentioned by my colleague,  in the other post submitted by you, if you could give us the affected form ID, we will be able to investigate further.

It could be that the email address to which you're receiving submissions ended in the Bounce list. You can check that by using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List and there you can remove the email from the Bounce list.

If the issue persists please let us know.

Please forgive my ignorance as the person who was in charge of this account is not with us at this time.
What exactly is the affected form ID?

Every form create at jotform has a unique id, if you are not new to this, that is fine.

We can still help you, if you provide us with the form URL.

Don't hesitate us asking any question.

We will be happy to help.
