I have had several families tell be they filled out a form online and submitted it. I am getting some submissions, but not all.
Why might a person's submission NOT successfully go through?

As mentioned by my colleague, in the other post submitted by you, if you could give us the affected form ID, we will be able to investigate further.
It could be that the email address to which you're receiving submissions ended in the Bounce list. You can check that by using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List and there you can remove the email from the Bounce list.
If the issue persists please let us know.

Every form create at jotform has a unique id, if you are not new to this, that is fine.
