YaxhamVillageHallAsked on March 13, 2017 at 1:54 PM
Hi
I am writing on behalf of Yaxham Village Hall which is a charity organisation
The website was set up by Caston Web Designs and he included a booking form which is linked to jotform
We need to change who receives copies of these forms and it will be easier if we replace the Caston form with a duplicate copy of our own form and then we can change the recipients with greater ease
The page in question is:
http://www.yaxhamvillagehall.co.uk/bookingform.asp
Any help that you can provide will be very useful
Looking Forward to hearing from you

Hello Peter, you can do both of those (change the recipient or duplicate/copy the form) so I'll just let you decide on how you want to proceed.
1. To change the recipient where Email Notifications go to, just follow the guide below. You need to have access to the JotForm account associated with the form.
Complete guide: How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
2. And if you wish to clone the form embedded on that page you mentioned, first you need to know the Form URL. For your convenience, here it is https://www.jotform.com/50742744602351
Afterwards, clone that form on your own JotForm account.
Complete guide: How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
Keep in mind that if you'd go with the clone route, you also need to re-embed the newly created form on that page.
