Preview Before Submit: Why it gets stuck on "Please wait..." when trying to submit the form.

I am amending a form at the moment and coming across the same problem - the preview form widget is not showing a submit button and instead is showing 'please wait'

I have cloned your form and noticed the same, it seems to get stuck when trying to submit the form after previewing submissions. 

However, the issue's gone when I removed and added the preview before submit widget to the form, it's most likely a problem with the current widget on the form. 

Also, I've noticed you added two submit buttons as well as widgets to your form, do note that this might generate conflict as well, so I would suggest you to create single page for the submit button only and then redirect your users there, this way you will avoid to have multiple submit buttons and widgets.
