JotForm not giving all options while creating

I am trying to create a form but the form is not making allowing all of the edits. Such as, it is not letting resize font or italicize it and it won't delete option out of the multiple choice questions. Making it very difficult to make the form like it should be. 

The advanced form designer allows for more specific changes to be made to the forms styling:

Options can be removed by mousing over them while editing form, then clicking on the little "X":
