Can I send an email to the actual email address filled out on the form?

I am creating a scholarship application template for students. Part of that form includes them submitting the name and email address of a faculty member who will be completing a reference form on their behalf. I am also completing that reference form in Jotform. Is there a way for the faculty email address to automatically receive the reference form via the email address provided once the student submits the application?

    Thanks for your help!

From how you described it, your aim is to send an email to whatever email address was filled out on the form.

If so, then what you're looking to setup is an Autoresponder. These are the emails that users/respondents receive upon submitting a form, and the recipient will be an EMAIL FIELD on that same form.

It's also worth mentioning that you can conditionally send emails based on the user's answers. Then use the Email Field's unique name as the recipient once these conditions are met.
