got an app?

I'm not all that technically savvy, I really like your product, but my IT department would really like a form that is app-based instead of internet based, I get the impression that you can do this but I can't figure out how.  I found your apple/android apps but they say nothing about filling out the forms. Can you make it so?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Do you want a form that can be used without a web browser? Perhaps you want a fillable PDF form. Please see How to Create a PDF Form.
